How do you keep everything on brand?

Every Composie client has a dedicated creative pod led by a senior art director and overseen by a creative director. Each pod includes a designer and, depending on your needs, specialists like copywriters, web or UI designers, motion editors, or 3D artists.


Your brand guidelines and work examples are built directly into your workspace from day one, so every asset looks and feels consistent. As your needs evolve, we adapt the team; you never have to hire, fire, or find new talent.

What if I don’t have a brand deck?

That’s actually one of our favorite starting points. Many clients come to Composie with only a logo, a few colors, or a basic style sheet, not a full brand deck.

When that’s the case, we start with a quick, complimentary brand audit. Our creative director and art director review whatever materials you have, then build a plan for brand development or refinement.

Sometimes this means a one-time contract for brand development, other times it’s a light refresh or augmentation to bring clarity and emotion to your existing look and feel. Once your brand foundation is solid, we roll it into your Composie Portal as a living guide your team can reference for every design request.

For clients whose brand decks we build, we continue to evolve them over time. As we apply your brand across more campaigns and materials, we identify opportunities to refine color usage, imagery, and tone. Those updates are provided as courtesy “brand supplementals,” keeping your identity sharp and consistent in the real world.

What if we have multiple brands or locations?

We support multi-brand and multi-location teams with a built-in workspace structure that clearly organizes everything. Each brand or location has its own folder, templates, and asset library, so your creative stays organized and on-brand.


There’s no limit to how many brands or sub-brands you can manage within a single account, whether you oversee five locations or fifty, or you are an agency that plans to whitelabel our services.

Who are the designers?

Composie’s creative teams include senior-level designers, art directors, and creative specialists sourced from around the world. We hire based on skill and expertise, not geography, which means we can build pods that work across time zones, keep your projects moving 24/7, and deliver on brand in almost any language/culture.


Every creative in your pod is selected for their fit with your brand, making sure that it's consistent, high-quality work on every request.

How fast will we get designs back?

Every request gets visual proof of work within 72 hours or less. That means you’ll always see meaningful progress within three business days, often sooner.


Smaller projects are frequently completed within that first delivery window. Larger or more complex projects are broken into 72-hour stages so you can review work in progress and give feedback quickly. Revisions always move to the front of the line and are typically turned around within 48 hours, sometimes the same day, depending on your plan.

How do revisions work?

Revisions are unlimited and always take priority. Just leave comments directly in your workspace right on top of the design, a punchlist is generated, and your pod will address them as soon as possible. Most revisions are completed within 48 hours, depending on scope and queue volume. See your plan details for accelerated revisions.

What happens if we need to move faster?

You can add or reduce pods anytime. Each pod functions as a dedicated design team that works in parallel under your same art director or creative director. This means scaling your creative output is instant and seamless. So, your team expands automatically when your workload does, without the cost or downtime of hiring additional staff.

Can I really have my whole team in the Composie Portal?

Yes. Whether you have 5 people or 55, everyone who needs to collaborate can work inside your Composie Portal at no cost to you.

Invite marketing teams, department/regional leads, or local managers to submit requests, leave feedback, and track progress in a single shared workspace. Every user has access to the same organized system and asset library, at no additional cost.

Plus, regardless of how many requests your team makes in the portal, your price stays fixed, and you control the project queue priority with a simple drag-and-drop interface. You can always see the active projects and the queue order of what will be completed next.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No contracts, no long-term commitments. Everything is month-to-month, so you can scale up, pause, or cancel anytime. There are no hidden fees or penalties.

How does the pause feature work?

You only pay for the days you use. Each billing cycle covers 31 days of service.

For example, if you use 21 days on one of your pods/subscriptions and decide to pause, your account freezes with 10 unused days remaining. You can restart anytime and pick up exactly where you left off.

Are there refunds if I don't like the service?

Because Composie delivers high-quality, custom creative work, we don’t offer refunds. However, we’ll always make things right. Your dedicated pod works closely with you until every deliverable meets your expectations.

What if we’re not sure where to start?

You don’t need a perfect brief or a polished request. Just tell us what you need, even if it’s a short note or an email chain.
Your pod can take rough ideas, previous documents, or competitor examples/inspirations and turn them into actionable creative briefs. We help you get moving fast, even if all you have is “We need a campaign for X product.”

What programs do you design in?

Most design work is completed using Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Depending on your needs, we also use a range of specialized tools for video editing, animation, 3D design, and web projects. Your pod uses the best software for the job, so you always get professional, production-ready files.

Do you use AI technology to do the work?

Nope! We use AI tools to enhance speed and workflow efficiency, but never to replace human creativity.
Every concept, layout, and final design is produced and reviewed by professional designers and art directors. AI is used where it helps, for brainstorming, mockups, or automating repetitive tasks, while all creative direction and execution remain 100% human.
